I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 5-bedroom house in Sharrow, Sheffield, just round the corner from Sharrow Vale road, available from 1st September.

The household
4 other housemates — 2 students and 2 working professionals, all male, ages 20–22. It's a relaxed, easy-going house — we like to hang out in the living room, cook together but also happy to do our own thing.

Location
The house is in a great spot in Sharrow, right next to Endcliffe Park, and close to Ecclesall Road's and Sharrow Vale Road's shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Under 20 minutes' walk to Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus
Around 25 minutes' walk to the University of Sheffield

I'm only leaving because I've decided to work elsewhere, so I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy smoothly. I'm around to show you the room in person and happy to be flexible on the exact move-in date around September.
