The house is in a really nice area of Sharrow, right next to Endcliffe Park and close to Ecclesall Road, with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

It’s also:

* Under 20 minutes’ walk to Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus
* Around 25 minutes’ walk to the University of Sheffield

I’m only leaving because I’ve decided to work elsewhere, so I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy.
