Spacious and high-quality ensuite room with bills included (electricity, gas, Wi-Fi + Ethernet, water) extremely close to the uni.

I am currently looking for a replacement tenant for a student accommodation contract from 12/09/26 - 04/09/27 (51 weeks). I can pay the deposit/any booking fees required by the landlord for any replacement tenants.

Shared kitchen/living room with 3 other flatmates.
Local facilities includes a lounge/study area, with plenty of free activities provided by iQ. (check their website for details on events and the accommodation)

Very close to the University of Sheffield, about a five-minute walk. Also about a 2 minute to the Moor which has a Sainsbury's and the Moor Market which makes shopping incredibly convenient.
If you'd like to save a bit of money there is also an Aldi nearby (about a 15 minute walk) which is really cheap - it beats out the grocery prices out of every other supermarket chain.
