Cosy Nether Edge room in sociable house

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in my lovely shared house on Roach Road off Psalter Lane. This is an absolute dream of a house share with 2 other girls. The 3 girls in the house attached are also super friendly. We all respect each other’s space but love to hang out and do weekly activities together such as cooking, crafting, walks and pub trips etc.

The room comes with the bed, the mattress, the wardrobe and chest of draws. Beautiful big window that opens from the bottom and gets loads of light. It’s cosy but doesn’t feel small. The 70’s curtains can be changed…

Landlord is lovely and accommodating if you wanted something removed or changing, I’m sure he’d be willing.
The room price is an absolute steal for such a nice house and room. Bills make it around £470 a month depending on summer winter etc. close to loads of shops and pubs and Endcliffe Park. Please message a bit about yourself if you’re interested :)
