House Rules & Occupancy:
Single occupancy only: This room is strictly not for couples. Having a partner stay over for an occasional night or the odd weekend is absolutely fine, but they cannot stay every night.

About Me:
I am a 36-year-old professional woman who works away from time to time. I am relatively quiet and read a lot of books :)

The Rooms & House:
I have two rooms available to choose from.

The entire house has been renovated to a very high standard. Both rooms come with desks and chairs, brand-new beds and mattresses, and handy large under-bed storage.

It has a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. The house itself has a burglar alarm for security and strong 500MB high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Location & Commute:
The location is incredibly convenient. It is very close to a large Tesco, Aldi, PureGym, Virgin Active, local swimming baths, and Millhouses Park, with easy links out to the Peak District. Commuting is simple, with buses to Sheffield city centre running every 9 minutes and taking just 15 minutes.
