The room is a private en suite with a small double bed, study area and storage, with a shared kitchen and living area. Fenton House also has facilities including study spaces, a gym, games room and cinema room.
This is an official iQ tenancy takeover, so the replacement tenant will enter into their own tenancy agreement directly with iQ.
The room is available now, and I’m looking to arrange the takeover as soon as possible.
