Lovely double room in relaxed, welcoming home. Situated in Mosborough village, which borders with Chesterfield, Rotherham and Derbyshire, and has easy access to M1 motorway and public transport. The house is very close to local shops, pubs and bus stops, and only two minutes walk from open fields and woods with lovely walks. Halfway Tram Stop is also just a short walk away. The room is furnished with a double bed with under bed storage, 2 wardrobes, and bedside tables with drawers. There is a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen-diner, cellar and enclosed garden with outside storage. All utility bills are included, as is broadband. There is a dog who also lives in the home, who is well behaved and very amiable. Would prefer someone sociable but not too noisy, and who is reasonably tidy but not obsessively so.
