2 Bedroom Maisonette

Looking for a room mate to split the costs of living with in spacious two bedroom maisonette. There's a large living/dining room down stairs with a small kitchen in a separate, a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor, plenty of storage space and a balcony on the back of the building. The place is currently in the middle of being furnished and decorated and you will need to provide your own furniture for the bedroom.

The Maisonette is two flights off of the ground so may not be the ideal place for someone who is disabled or has trouble climbing stairs as there is no elevator.

Someone who is LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) friendly is preferable however I will settle for tolerant, especially of transsexuals as I am undergoing gender reassignment to become female and identify as a lesbian, hence why I put I'm gay.

Would be ideal if you shared the same hobbies and there will be an informal interview before I make a decision.

I mention that I would prefer a non-smoker and no pets, however this is negotiable.

Finally, the rent mentioned isn't the exact amount, it is about £3 above the actual amount as an estimate and I will inform you of the exact break down of money at the interview.

Broadband is available in the form of a MiFi dongle which is fast enough for online gaming on the PS3 and not owning an XBox 360, I couldn't give you information on that. It is also perfect for everyday use however does have a limit of 7Gb a month, however this can be topped up if it runs out.

Finally, if you and a partner move in, it will change to being 2/3 of the total rent of the property which is roughly £104. 35.

The price of the rent includes bills, water rates, TV License and Broadband and at the end of every 3 months you may get a refund on some money paid towards the bills.

Oh and one more finally, the cost of rent my vary based on benefits received by those applying, however it will be lower than the rent mentioned if so and to also mention, I am presently in receipt of housing benefits and income support and work part-time casually for G4S and am looking for a full-time job.
