House-Mate Needed

hi my name's Chris, I'm studying International business with French, which is why i need someone to take over my existing room in Norfolk Park as I will be studying abroad from January (moving out of here early December though). Current house-mates are fun and out-going but also knows when to settle down and study. they all respect one another, and that's all they would like in return. :)

The place is only 15 minutes walking distance from Sheffield Hallam City campus (about 30 mins from Uni of) and less than 10 mins away from the train station. It is a student park village therefore will be living close to other students, there is a laundry room on site, common room with sky box and pool, 24/7 security, fob system for gates, office on site with helpful staff.

The house is modern, clean and cozy. the room is quite large (compared to most student flats) with a 3/4 bed and a large a desk table that stretches out on one side of the room (facing the window) with a desk wall lamp. the rooms has a handy sink in the room (fitted with 2 mirrors and a mirror light and shaving point), wardrobe and draws. housemates will be more than welcome to help you set up wireless if necessary.

If stuff is needed to be moved in early, it can be arranged.
