Double Room on Ecclesall Road inc all bills

Hi,

Due to a sudden change in circumstance with one of our tenants, we have a lovely large double room available now in my 4 bed houseshare on Ecclesall road, sharing with other sociable young female professionals…

The room available is a very large double room that is fully furnished with contemporary ikea furniture, including wardrobe, bedside cabinet, double bed, chest of drawer etc. It also have a lovely fireplace (although it cannot be used!)

The house itself was fully renovated 2 years ago and modernised to a high standard, solid wood floors downstairs, new carpet in all bedrooms, nice kitchen and newly retiled bathroom...

The house has wireless broadband, the lounge has a flatscreen tv and sky+HD (full package), huge leather sofas and is stylishly decorated. The house also has all mod cons (dishwasher etc)...

There is loads of living space, also a nice private yard at the back... Onstreet Parking is available outside and there are loads of buses to and from town...

The area is really lively, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to keep you busy, and a huge park a few hundred metres away.

The current housemates are all very friendly, enjoy cooking for one another and sharing a film and a bottle of wine in the evening or going out together, and like to keep the house tidy and comfortable - it is desired that new tenants can just about manage to do the same!

What are we looking for.... another friendly and sociable female housemate (professional or student) aged between 20 and 32 who will enjoy and want to add something to the dynamic of the house and who want more than just a room!

Rent includes all rates and bills - this includes water, gas, electricity, broadband, full sky HD tv, and most importantly council tax.
