Double room in farmhouse 5mins junc30 M1

We have a large room available in our family home for an easy going, animal loving lodger. We only take Monday - Friday guests .There is a private bathroom next to the bedroom so as good as en-suite. We have ample, safe, off-road parking and we are 5 minutes from junction 30 M1 and the park and ride tram terminus at Halfway. We are also within easy driving distance of Chesterfield and Worksop. The room is on the 2nd floor and has all normal bedroom furniture, a large desk, television, kettle and small fridge There is wi-fi, laundry facilities and separate, fully equipped cooking area
We have one friendly dog,3 outside cats and horses so anyone who lives with us needs to like animals. There is a large garden with summer house which makes a nice place to sit on a fine day.
There is a local convenience store and major supermarkets nearby ,pubs and restaurants within walking distance ,leisure centres and country parks 5-10 minutes drive and the Trans-Pennine bridleway and cycle track is only a couple of minutes from the door.
Room cleaned and bedding changed at weekends.
