I'm looking for a professional person to share my house with. I'm 35 and a working professional. I'm looking for someone who works, is tidy, and good company.

It's recently modernised, clean and has just been decorated and has a big kitchen and bathroom.

Rent is £300 a month plus a share of the bills. It's got good broadband.

The room has good quality furniture, including a double bed. I am willing to buy furniture to suit needs, within reason!

The house is within a 5 minute walking distance to the tram stop and bus stops into the city centre, which can both get you into the centre of Sheffield in 10 minutes.
