Single room to rent 10 minutes walk Sheffield Uni

Hi,

I have a room available in a 5 bedroom house for £65 per week (£282 per month) in the student area of Crookes, Sheffield.

The room is available from 27th January 2012 - 30th June 2012. The room has a double bed, desk, desk chair, and a wardrobe. The house is located in Crookes, Sheffield which is approximately a 10 minute walk away from the University of Sheffield and all main departments. Also, there is a local supermarket (Sainsburys) a minutes walk away. There are two shower rooms and one toilet, kitchen and large living room which is IKEA furnished and has a television.

There are currently 4 other students who are living there who are very friendly (2 girls and 2 boys living there who are in their second year of university) so you wont be living alone and will be able to make friends.
