Studio flat in Nether Edge, own front door.

The studio is an extension on the back of our house and comprises 2 rooms: double bedroom with en-suite shower and separate toilet, and lounge/cooking area with small oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, basic crockery etc. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers and shelving. Bedding can be supplied.
The sitting area has a sofa, small table and folding chair, shelving. There is cable broadband TV. and wi fi.
There is Central heating and this and all other utilities are included in the rent. There is use of the family washing machine or there is also a launderette 3 mins walk away. There are good local shops including a Sainsbury's local, also cafes and pubs.
In the main house live myself and husband and 3 tenants. We have a friendly dog and 2 cats. Outside is a garden which tenants are welcome to use. The area is Nether Edge a leafy suburb about 2 miles from the city centre. There is a good bus route into town and to the universities and the Hallamshire Hospital. Parking space is usually available on the road outside the property.
