Large double room. Mid week only.

Looking for someone for either 4 nights (£340 pcm) or 3 nights (£270 pcm).

I've been successfully sharing my home with mid-week guests for almost 15 years. Some have stayed for 3 years!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers. Good wifi.

Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom facilities. You can leave some stuff in the room over the weekend. Cellar for bike storage.

I have another mid week guest in the third bedroom. He is a lovely guy, very quiet and chooses to work late and use the gym so you may not even see him.

The house lies on a bus route to the city centre (buses 18 and 252). There is free on road parking.

The rent includes all bills. Most people use my duvet and pillows and supply their own covers. This has worked well.

Well stocked Co-op on the door step as well as two local real ale pubs.
