1 furnished double bedroom to rent in a sympathically refurbished victorian terrace in Crookes, 1 mile from the city centre, 20 minutes walk from the university and hospitals with excellent transport links and local amenities.
Ample street parking and a garden too. The house is classically decorated, spacious and cosy.
We're clean and tidy, but not obsessive.
We get up 6am - 8am and go to bed 10pm - 12am.
We eat almost anything and occasionally have overnight guests.
We party at weekends in sheffield and elsewhere.
We work for the NHS and occasionally do unsocial hours.
The house is located in S10.
The residence features living room, dining room / kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, wood floors, TV, Sky, broadband, TV points in all the rooms, carpet in bedrooms, storage, parking, washing machine and line.
Your room is furnished (unnegotiable)
Fees: to move in - £400 deposit + 1st months rent, street parking £0. Total cost of utilities - Gas and electric are included, but will depend on usage - Council tax included.
The ideal tennant should be professional, mid 20s - mid 30s. Respectful, tidy and clean. Someone who enjoys a laugh and who is considerate. Please no pets.
