Beautiful large double in all-women household

Hi.

We have a really large double room available in our all-women (male-friendly!) household in Nether Edge. Ideal for someone who wants space and privacy but doesn't want to live alone.

The house is a huge Victorian, fully renovated but still with loads of character. It's in a quiet residential road in the conservation area, with bus stop a couple of minutes away. Plenty of safe parking and not a 'rat-run' for cars.

It's a great neighbourhood ... interesting and friendly local shops, cafes and and pubs; walking distance to Ecclesall and Abbeydale Roads; 5 minutes from Chelsea Park and the woods on Brincliffe Edge. So very green and peaceful, even though only a mile and a half from the city centre, hospitals and universities. Also only a 10 minute drive to the Peak District National Park....some of us walk it and there's a shed for bikes.

The house has 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo, so never a queue. There are also 2 dining-kitchens, one in the attic, and the other downstairs (range cooker, dishwasher etc.) Also a utility room with washing machine, freezer and storage and a spare room for guests.

The kitchen opens onto beautiful south-facing garden and patio. Has herbs, veggie patch, apple trees etc.

The other housemates are all professional women/ postgrads Everyone has their own busy lives, but also all friendly and easy-going. We've also all learned that bathrooms don't clean themselves!
