Hi there,

I have a furnished double attic room available in my terraced house. The room is spacious and benefits from great natural light as well as plenty of built in storage. The rest of the house comprises a shared bathroom with shower and bath. A south facing living room, modern kitchen and outside patio/ yard.

The house is located within Norton Hammer (Abbeydale) and has fantastic transport links into the city centre as well as the Peak District. There are a plethora of local shops and cafes in the area as well as a selection of large supermarkets and parks.

Ideally I am looking for a clean, friendly and sociable (non smoking) housemate who will respect the house and its furnishings.

Having lived in several shared houses both in the UK and abroad I appreciate how a warm, clean and comfortable environment is essential to personal development and health and I am very proud to offer up my spare room to anyone who is interested in sharing my home.
