Sheffield: Spare room with friendly students

We're looking for a University of Sheffield student (ideally, although Hallam students could also apply) to fill a spare room we have. Our house is a semi-detached four bedroom house (with garden), 2 minutes from the IC/WBL and less than 5 minutes from Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's local and West Street.

The rent should be £74 p/w, but because the room is a bit smaller than the other three the rent is reduced to £72 p/w (incl. gardener and TV (if a license is bought)). The room currently has a double bed in, but this can be swapped to a single if necessary by the landlord. The room also has a walk in wardrobe and all the standard student fittings.

The contract runs for 52 weeks, commencing 28th June, and is being renovated before the contract starts. More information about the property can be sent by email.

The other students are two third years (Politics and English) and a second year (English). We're all easy to get on with and are looking for someone who has a healthy work/social balance.

The room is available because our fourth person decided to take a year out of university for personal reasons.
