Spacious Double Room in Heart of Crookes

Hi, I'm a live-in landlord in a 3-bedroom property in the heart of Crookes (15minute walk to the university and less than 5 mins to crookes highstreet). My housemate, Kirsten, and I are both postgrad students and our 3rd housemate is graduating this summer. The house is very well looked after and is more of a home than a student house. There is a spacious Lounge, Kitchen/Diner, Bathroom and a yard big enough to hang washing, store bikes and have a BBQ or two. There is also free on street parking outside the property. The room for rent is a spacious front-facing double, with wooden floors, is fully furnished and even has a walk-in-wardrobe of sorts! We're looking for a friendly and easy-going housemate who is clean, tidy and sociable.
