We are two female owner-occupiers living in a lovely, cosy, and homely 3-bed terrace. We will be letting out one of the three bedrooms - a large double with a walk-in wardrobe, and its own toilet and shower.

We are looking for someone who is reasonably quiet, clean, and laid-back - other than that we are pretty flexible as to who we live with - though it would be ideal if you are also a vegetarian! The property is well located, near town, near both universities, and on the doorstep of lots of great cafes and restaurants. It is also on a number of main bus routes and there is very easy on road parking at front of property.

All bills are included.
