Double room for rent

Hi I'm renting a flat close to the Royal Hallamshire hospital in Broomhill and I'm looking for a good flatmate. Preferably someone friendly, sociable, tidy, easy going, non-party animal etc. The room on offer is a double with ensuite and the flat itself is pretty new and fairly spacious. The area is really nice and safe to live in with all the Broomhill shops about a two minute walk away.
The rent covers all the bills except council tax which I am not currently paying as I'm a full time student, but it is the lowest council tax in the area, Band A.

The flat is modern and bright and the bedroom has an ensuite with shower. There is no allocated parking but you will be able to get a permit to park outside the building which I think is about £20 per year.
