There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Parking is on the street and there is safe bike storage. The rooms are only lightly furnished, so you can bring some of your furniture too if you want to.
There is unlimited broadband and all bills are included.
The house is 1. 5 miles away from the Hallamshire hospital and the University and near Ecclesall road and Sharrowvale road - great shopping areas. It's also close to both Endcliffe park and the Botanical gardens.
