Would ideally suit a student looking for a room until the end of February 2026.

Current tenants are 3 female working people aged 23 to 33, 2 of whom homework. Please note that they have advised me that their preference is to share with another female of a similar age. They want someone who is obviously friendly and clean and tidy. Interests include cooking, walking, dancing, and knitting/crochet. One person works in Sports facilities, one in Video Editing and proofreading and one in NHS admin.

One other person sought to join house share on an individual not group contract. Must be able to provide references which will be taken up.

The bedroom is a good sized attic furnished bedroom.

*All Bills Inclusive furnished bedroom (gas, electricity, council tax, water rates, lounge tv licence and fast wireless broadband). Sensible usage clause obviously applies to gas and electricity consumption.
*Use of two communal areas downstairs , one living room and one dining room.
*Good sized kitchen and bathroom.

Great location in terms of access to public transport, Endcliffe Park is a 10 minute walk away, the city centre is a 20 minute walk away.. Nether Edge about 10-15 minute walk. Collegiate Crescent is about 10 minutes away by foot. The Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Universities are about a 25-30 minute walk.

The rent is payable monthly on a per calendar month basis on the 1st of each month inclusive of all utility bills.
