Double bedroom - top location - renovated flat

Hi,

I'm renting out a double bedroom in Walkley, Sheffield.

The room is:
- A comfortable double,
- Flat and room are newly renovated
- Parking available
- Nice views
- 7 minute walk from the university of Sheffield.
- First floor
- Sensible neighbours
- partly furnished (I'm flexible with this, I can take the furniture out if you'd like),
- the price doesn't include bills. Bills should be another 80 pounds including council tax.

I own the flat and I will also be living in the property but don't let that discourage you. I'm an easy going and respectful guy; I'd never be a nosy landlord.

I'm a professional (lecturer) and I would prefer to share the flat with someone who's also a professional but I'm happy to consider a PhD student (I've been there, you have my eternal sympathy).
