The house is fully furnished to a high standard. The rent includes all bills which includes a telephone, sky TV and broadband.

The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a flat screen TV with freeview.

The house has 2 bathrooms one room being en-suite so the main bathroom is only shared between 2 people.

The house is situated a 30 second walk to Eccelsall Road and the bus stop. There is a Co-op and soon to be built Sainsburys within a 2 minute walk.

I am the landlord and the other occupant is my brother. Both friendly and out going and due to our work commitments only around from late on in the evenings. Ideal for a professional or Student looking for a well furnished, modern property with space to themselves.
