Recently renovated modern student house. There are 6 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, all done to a very high standard. The kitchen has an american style fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The living room has leather sofas and flat screen TV. All bedrooms have a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk and leather chair. The house is double glazed, has central heating and alarm. There is a table and chairs in the garden area.
The house is within walking distance of the city centre, City campus and Collegiate campus.
