Fun Housemates needed

3 bed house, only the single room available. would be sharing with 2 males, very friendly, we don't bite.

Small single room, £60/week furnished with bed, drawers, bedside, built in wardrobe.

All bills including wifi but not phone calls.
parking on driveway and theres room on the street outside the house.
bbq area and hot tub in back.

The house is conveniently located for both sheffield centre and the M1. both are only 10mins away. On a direct bus route, and a tram stop is near enough. supermarkets, shops and things close by.

Not just after a lodger. More of a housemate to chill out with and discover what sheffield has to offer in restuarants and bars.

I am a laid back person. I generally manage to keep the house clean and tidy and would expect a housemate to do the same. I love music and like to play guitar and attempt to play keyboard/piano, so there will sometimes be noise, but not at unreasonable hours on a schoolnight.
