We have two single bedrooms available in our 4 room house, located in Fulton Road. The house has been recently fully refurbished and it's lovely! The rent for the rooms is 200 p. p.p. m and a smaller room is 180 p. p.p. m., bills not included. Available since the 1rst, July.

We will be contracting a broadband service in July.

We are one master student and one professional. We are clean and tidy, love to hang out and have a nice time, as well as enjoying a relax night at home.
