Seeking a professional or PhD student to rent my bedroom in my house Mon to Fri on ad hoc basis whilst I am working in London in the week. I return at weekends. The lodger will be renting with an existing professional lodger renting a second bedroom.
Beautifully decorated house opposite Heeley City Farm and very close to City Centre and 20 minutes walk to train /bus station or 2 minutes to bus stop. Parking on road. Ideal for someone working in town, working at Sheffield Hallam or commutes on the train. M1 10/15 minute away.
I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, trusting and considerate to others as you will be sharing with another professional. You will need to be willing to keep to house clean and tidy with the other professional.
The house is a quiet end terrace, 2 bedrooms (one to rent) lounge, dining room and newly fitted kitchen with garden.
Bills included except landline. Fast wifi.
