Hi im a live in landlord and have one room to let in a 3 bed semi detached house in the Birley carr Wadsleybridge s6 area of sheffield .there is only one room to let so its not a house full of strangers. situated just up from the sheffield wednesday football ground . The house is on a very quite road . off road parking. large garden. nice clean modern house with the use of all the house and living with one easy going home owner. At the end of the road is all the main buses into sheffield town centre and hillsborough and surrounding areas. no bills at all. gas .electric. water rates. Internet. Council tax is covered in the rent . Anyone that wants a monday to friday stay only that is 100 per week. Please no timewasters ..Thanks lee
