Large Double Room Available in Huntersbar

Large, light double bedroom available in lovely, terraced house in Huntersbar.

My housemate is moving out with her boyfriend so I am now looking for someone to rent the large double bedroom. It is fully furnished including a double bed, chest of draws, bedside table and a good sized walk in wardrobe. This room is being rented at £350 p/m excluding utilities but these should be no more than £100 p/m (excludes council tax).

Friendly, laid back and sociable housemates welcome! It's always nice to have a happy buzz around the house :)

I am an acupuncturist with a keen interest in natural health, climbing, cycling etc. so a like minded post graduate or professional would be ideal.

The house itself is fully furnished and briefly comprises of 2 x double bedrooms, 1 x smaller double bedroom (used as spare room/study), 1 x bathroom, living room, kitchen/diner, basement, patio/garden. Plus, off street parking is available.
