Furnished Double Room **All Bills Inc + Bb**

Hi There,

I have a double room available to rent and am looking for someone who is friendly, honest and respectful of other peoples space. I have lived with a friend for 4 years so i am used to sharing my living space but i am also usually quite busy so there will be times i am not even home.
I am very much into fitness and love a wind down with a bottle of wine and a good natter. I am a very social person but i equally respect the space of others. My home is situated 5 minutes walk from meadowhall on a lovely cul de sac estate with great neighbours. I have the train, tram, bus and motorway links right on my doorstep so ideal for all types of commuters.
The room i have available has a very large built in double wardrobe and a double bed. It is located at the rear of the house and next door to the bathroom.
