The flat's on the top floor of a converted Victorian school hall in the centre of Sheffield. The bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs with a huge, light living area upstairs.

There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV (with Sky+), PS4, wireless broadband, communal courtyard and indoor bike store (no car parking but there are car parks that offer season tickets very nearby).

The half share of rent is £462 per month. Bills (gas, electric, water, broadband, Sky and TV licence) is about £78 and Council Tax is currently £73 so comes to about £613 total.
