Large double room in Walkley

We've got a large double room going in our rented house in Walkley. It's about a half hour walk from the city centre or there's a bus stop at the top of the road. The area itself is also nice and you can do your shopping here - there's a grocers and an Asda up the road, and a big Tesco isn't that far away.

We try to keep the house clean and tidy (though sometimes the washing up does pile up), and we're more chilled than we are a party house. The room going is 4m x 5m - definitely big enough for a couple.

Parking-wise there isn't an allotted space, but it's free on the road.

I'm a web developer, and the other one, Emily, is a receptionist. We're nice and friendly and tend to cook together and chill together in the evenings.
