All bills are included plus WiFi broadband. Shared kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom with over-bath electric shower and use of washing machine included. Bedding provided if required. 3 humans, 3 medium size dogs & 3 cats also live here - all house trained, clean and friendly!
There is shared access to the balcony and a small rear yard where you may smoke if you wish (no smoking indoors).
The house is on a cul-de-sac where there is always on-street parking available.
Buses go every 10 mins directly into town peak times (the bus stop is 1 min walk from house).
The main Sheffield ring road is 3 mins drive away (at the end of Gleadless Road) for easy access to M1 A57(A1), A61.
The area has woods opposite and to either side, a convenience store is 2 mins walk away and a small shopping centre 10 mins.
