There is an EXCELLENT local transport service and street parking is available. Sheffield University is 15mins away by BUS at 80p. The room has a computer desk, and an internet service is available, to be shared at the tenants expense. No room sharing, no pets or smoking indoors allowed. No DSS.
Three male students are the tenants already booked in, who both have a mature attitude and further mature students are welcome.
