Lovely home with patio and garage

Hello,

There is a nice large furnished double room available in this great detached house in a good quiet neighbourhood. The house has a garage and off street parking next to the house and a paved back garden. Downstairs is a modern stylish kitchen, large lounge and separate large dining room. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, a separate single/office and a large bathroom with shower over bath. Washing machine and dryer are in the outhouse in the garden with an outside drying line.

The rent is £350 per month plus bills which come to about £40-50 a month.

I'll be moving overseas beginning Sep so looking to rent my room to a friendly, sociable and tidy girl or guy to live and hang out with my really nice and easy going house mate.

The location is perfect for working in the city or travelling further afield as the train station is only a 10-15min walk down the hill with a bus stop at the end of the road.

There are a really good curry and two chinese takeaways and a licensed convenience store a few minutes walk away. Teso and Asda are about 15min walk up as well.
