The room is furnished with a new double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table with a large sideways facing window and a brand new laminate wood floor.

The house has very recently been fully refurbished throughout with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and finished to a high standard.

Separate utility room with washing machine, open plan kitchen/diner/living area. Bathroom, small office and is double glazed throughout.
Small outside garden and entry through the rear of the house.

In the house I have quick unlimited broadband, a TV and a playstation 3 All the necessary things to move straight in with a set of clothes really.

There's plenty of on road parking.

As for the occupants, i'm a teacher in the south yorkshire area and I have a cat.

30 second walk to penistone road, 5 minutes walk to the tramstop/bus stops and the window looks out onto Hillsborough park.
