I bought the house last year and me and four friends lived here while we finished out master’s degree at the university but are graduating and moving away. I have renovated the house, put new carpets, new flooring, new kitchen, and new furniture and painted the entire place so it is in top condition. Looking to rent each of the rooms out for the next academic year.

The location is good, it is only 22mins walk to the University and there is an Asda supermarket that is only 5mins away. There is also 95 bus that runs from outside of the house to the train station via the University.
