We are looking for a new housemate for our lovely professional home located just off Eccesall road.
There are 6 of us in total in the property usually keeping the gender balance with 3 guys and 3 girls.
We all work and have our own lives but try to socialise and spend time together whether watching the World Cup or having drinks and a BBQ on the decking in the garden.
Ideally we want someone who is sociable and is looking for a home not a house.
There is no deposit and the rent is £260 which includes water and the Internet. Council tax usually works out at £20 a month each with a similar amount for gas and electricity.
