The room is at the top of the house up 2 flights of stairs it is actually more like 2 rooms but open plan. There is a new double bed and mattress, desk, seating, TV we will supply anything you need within reason. This room is suitable for a professional person or someone working on a contract who goes home for weekends.
Occupants are friendly and easy going.
We have a cat which you will never see as she sleeps all the time.
Close to city centre but also very close to Peak district. Good transport links 10 minutes by car from railway station. Close to University buildings and hospitals. Good local shops, cafes,
pubs restaurants and takeaways. Very close to gyms and local library. off road parking is available.
