Double room Greystones short let Apr-June

Lovely person wanted to come and live with three others and two lovely cats. Short-term let til the 20th June. Would suit post-grad/professional. 1 week minimum let.

Offered is a good-sized double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chair and chest of drawers. The house is light and spacious and in pretty good nick.

Greystones (S11) area - good buses into town, 5 mins walk to the Co-op and other shops/pubs/restaurants, loads of parks and greenness close by and really quick to get into the Peak District. Friendly, quiet, leafy side street (currently engulfed in beautiful cherry blossom!).

£70 per week including ALL bills, broadband etc.
