Fantastic double room in Sharrow Vale Area!!!

I would like a non-smoking female to share a house with two other females. We are professionals therefore another professional or a student would be welcome. The room is furnished, all bills are included. We tend to be very busy through the week but more lively at weekend. We have two small dogs so being pet friendly would be helpful. The location is perfect for university and the city center. The house is 5 minutes walk from Ecclesall road.
