I have a Attic room to rent for short term. The room is available from 1st June 2016 to 31st July 2016.

Basically, the house situated at a very convenient location. A good access to most of the Sheffield main spots in less than 15mins by walking.

Supermarket ASDA/Netto- 5 mins walks
Supermarket ALDI-8 min walks
Sheffield Hallam Uni- 15 mins walks
Train Station- 15 mins walks
And there is a convenience store & bus stop just few steps away from house as well.

Smoking is not allow in the house.
Cleanliness is very important.

£250/mth including BILLS.
