I have one large, sunny furnished double room available to rent. Large house own sitting room/fridge freezer. Large garden, plenty of storage, off street parking. Excellent transport links, 10 min walk to University, plenty of shops and restaurants.
I am the house owner, a professional working shifts relaxed and easy going.

All bills included also incidentals ie toilet paper, hand soap, washing up etc. I keep all rooms clean apart from bedrooms.
