2 spare double rooms in student house for 2014/15

We have 2 double rooms available from July 2014 to June 2015. Its a 5 bed house, with 2 boys and a girl, all final year medical students.

£65 pw not including bills, but does include weekly visit from cleaners. Both rooms available are furnished double rooms. We have a lovely kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, 2 bathrooms, a garden, balcony and lounge. The garden backs out onto a shared nature area.

The house is in Upperthorpe, which whilst not in a normal student area, is close to Crookesmoor and less than 20 minutes walk from the Union/IC, 15 minutes from St George's etc and very close to Infirmary Road Tesco and tram stop. The garden backs out onto a nature area.

Whilst this house is ideal for slightly older students, we'll happy consider anyone who is interested.
