Lovely large downstairs double room Ecclesall road

Hi! I am a current tenant of this lovely (prime location) home. I am looking to vacate purely because of my job. The room itself is huge, with a lovely quirky fireplace and vintage feel wooden floor. It is furnished with a double bed, sofa, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a shared kitchen and living room which is always kept relatively neat and tidy and a shared bathroom which includes bath and shower. There is broadband and soy TV and all bills included apart from water. It is just off Ecclesall road south and within walking distance of everything along Ecclesall road including the beautiful Endcliffe park. I have three housemates, all male in their twenties. They all work full time so we rarely see each other except occasional evenings however they are very easy going and (for boys) are actually quite tidy!
