9 bedroom Newley refurbished house, with garden

my name is Graham and we have a double room available in a 9 man house on 280 Edmund road by Brammal lane. The house has been Newley refurbished and has a large garden, we are looking for someone who is laid back as this will be a student house and so may be messy at times and possibly abit wild but with it being a three story house we can give you a room on the top floor to combat that and we can set up a viewing if you are interested next week.
The kitchen has two new ovens and jobs, 2 new large fridges with cold water dispensers and a open plan big living room, cellar, a little utility room outside, 3 stories and 5 showers.
We are all music enthusiasts and generally laid back possibly at times lazy people, Just to let you know that most off us are smokers and I look forward to hearing from you
