Housemate Wanted

We have 2 fully furnished double rooms to rent in a 4 bed house on Shoreham street, one available ASAP and the other in September. Excellent transport links and only 10 mins walk to the city centre and train station. The house has two parking spaces, as well as ample street parking and a small garage suitable for storing bikes or other items. There is also a decked garden with BBQ facilities and a roof terrace, which are great for summer months.
We are looking for a male/female aged 20-30 preferably professionals although we are open to any offers if the right person comes along.
The prices includes all bills (gas, water, electric, council tax and broadband) however this is only a estimation not a fixed price which has worked well for the last year.
We are two professional females(23 and 26)ideally looking for a clean, tidy sociable individual to get along with.
