The flat is a 2 story maisonette in a big old Victorian building with high ceilings, and it's been refurbished to a high standard.
It's on a quiet tree lined street 5 minutes walk from Ecclesall Road and 2 minutes walk from the Stag Pub.
The bills include broadband, sky TV with all channels, council tax and utilities but don't include gas or electric.
The lounge is very big, has a 10 seater sofa, communal PC and big screen and is great for chilling out. The kitchen / diner is newly fitted and has a 6 seater dining table
The room is a double and comes fully furnished with bed, dresser / drawers and wardrobe.
